Closed cooling kit for 4 and 6 cylinder inline engines, 4.3 V6, 5.0 and 5.7 V8 engines.
Apart from the obvious corrosion problem, raw water cooled engines run at uneven temperatures generally running too cool and suffer premature wear. Closed cooling engines operate at the correct temperature for maximum fuel efficiency and reduced wear.

Comes with heat exchanger fitted with two zinc anodes, coolant recovery tank, thermostat and thermostat housing, mounting brackets and raw water plumbing fittings, all you need to fit the kit is hoses and clamps. This system is designed to operate using the low capacity raw water pump used on some sterndrive engines and does not require an additional raw water pump. suitable for V-drives and engines with high mounted alternator.
